Love Northampton

Upton Country Park covers more than 127 hectares of open space, stretching from Upton Mill Farm to the village of Kislingbury and includes 2.4km of paths and cycle ways, woodland and wetland. Visitors can get up close to wildlife on the may footbridges and boardwalks spanning the wetland areas, while football pitches and a cricket square are perfect for sports enthusiasts. A second Park Run also takes place here every Saturday.
